Our annual downtown history walk is back July 1st 2022! This year our walk will venture off of Main Street for the first time to focus on the history of sections of Queen Street, Alfred Avenue, and Broadway Avenue in the downtown core.
The walk begins at 10am and will run for approximately 1.5 hours. Meet at the Bulkley Valley Credit Union (3894 First Avenue). Parking is available in the BVCU lot and on the street.
This is a FREE event! Donations in support of this and other museum activities and events are welcome.
Please note that washrooms will not be available during the walk. We encourage all participants to bring water, wear comfortable walking shoes, and to dress for the weather – rain or shine! Leashed canine friends are welcome.
Please note that in the event of considerable rainfall the event may be cancelled. If this occurs, a message will be posted on the Museum’s Facebook page, and signage will be posted on at the BV Credit Union.
