From the Back Room
Our permanent collection includes over 3400 artifacts, over 10,000 photographs, and nearly countless archival documents, maps, newspapers, and more. However, we only have space to display about 1% of those items at any one time. Broken Promises
The Bulkley Valley Museum is pleased to present the traveling exhibition Broken Promises on loan from the Nikkei National Museum and Cultural Centre. Grounded in research from Landscapes of Injustice – a 7 year multi-disciplinary, multi-institutional, community engaged project, this exhibit explores the dispossession of Japanese Canadians in the 1940s.
